Prime Minister will inaugurate the Global Patidar Business Summit (GPBS 2022).
Key Facts
- It is being organized by Sardardham, on 29th April, 2022.
- Sardardham is organizing GPBS under ‘Mission 2026′.
- Aims To provide an impetus to socio-economic development of Patidar community.
- The Summit is organized every two years.
- The first two Summits were held in Gandhinagar in 2018 and 2020, and the current Summit is now being held in Surat.
- The main theme of GPBS 2022 is “Aatmanirbhar Community to Aatmanirbhar Gujarat and India”.
- The Summit aims
- To bring together small, medium and large enterprises within the community;
- Nurture and support new entrepreneurs.
- Provide training and employment assistance to the educated youth.
- Besides, GPBO will support in formulating government policies at various levels and making necessary amendments therein.
- Events focusing on strategic global alliances, state-of-the-art technology and developing modern business perspective.
- The three day Summit also covers various aspects of government industrial policy, MSMEs, start-ups, innovation, among others.
SARDARDHAM
- Sardardham Vishwa Patidar Kendra is established to spread awareness about the immense strength of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s persona among Patidar youth as well as to strengthen the Patidar Community socially, financially, administratively and politically.
- Global Patidar Business Organisation (GPBO) is established by bringing together 10,000 top-notch industrialists of the community in pursuance of Mission 2026 established by Sardardham.
- Sardardham has adopted Panchamrut Yojna – a five-pronged strategy towards establishing Civil Service Centres (GPSC/UPSC), Industrial Training Centres, Centres for Guidance on Government Support Schemes, Land Revenue Guidance Centres and Legal Guidance Centres across the State.
